FAQ's
Planning Your Trip
Heck yeah you can! We encourage you to take photos of your friends, family, and yourself! There are lots of awesome selfie locations.
However, there are some areas that don’t permit the use of cell phones or cameras. For example, the Ropes Course, TreeTops Zipline Course, and City Wall (48′ climbing wall) require that you empty your pockets of all personal items before able to participate. These attractions get you high off the ground and we’d never want something to drop and hit another person.
This is completely up to you. The average family spends 2 to 4 hours at Fritz’s, but some have been known to stay 8 or more hours. We have our own café for refreshments and delicious food, so make the day your own adventure at Fritz’s!
We have lockers available for rent at a small fee per day. The lockers are self-service, take credit/debit, and can be accessed unlimited times during the day.
Certain attractions and high-rise elements require you to empty your hands and pockets of all items, including phones, keys, wallet, money, etc. For your convenience, buckets/lockers are located nearby for short-term storage only.
Fritz’s Adventure is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Yes. Found items are inventoried and stored at Fritz’s Outfitters. If unclaimed, items are donated to a local charity after two weeks.
It depends on the age of the kids.
Anyone 9 and under is not permitted on the attraction floor or the building in general without the supervision of a paid guest (16+).
Additionally, anyone 15 and under requires an adult (18+) in the building at all times.
Anyone 17 and under can be in the building, but needs to have a signed waiver by an adult (responsible party 18+).
If these conditions are met, then you go have fun, because the kids are going to have a blast!

Also, footwear is required. Tennis shoes are preferred, but most shoes with a back or back strap are permitted. Flip-flops, slides, and high heels are not allowed on certain attractions. If you arrive unprepared, proper footwear can be rented from Fritz’s Outfitters for a fee.
Food & Drink
You bet there is! Fritz’s Café is open during select hours and available to guests participating or just wanting to grab a bite to eat. We serve amazing pizzas, sandwiches, loaded nachos and fries, desserts, and more. There are also times when we serve drinks and snacks only.
You certainly can. If you do bring in a water bottle, it must be empty upon arrival to Fritz’s. You can fill your bottle at the convenient water spouts located in Fritz’s Café or at any of the water fountains located on each level of the building.
We do not permit outside food or drink in the facility. All food and drink purchased in the building should stay within the Fritz’s Café and is not permitted on the attraction floor.
Attractions
Yes! There are plenty of activities to keep toddlers entertained at Fritz’s Adventure, just note that while Ages 0-4 are free, they require the supervision of a paid guest 16+.
Their activity can often depend on their demeanor – some kiddos you set down and they run for the fun and others need a little more coaxing (that’s why they’ve got you!). Toddlers can explore the airplane, underground tunnels, treehouses, laser maze, and all other unharnessed attractions.
Additionally, both locations (Branson and The Colony) feature Fritz’s Forest, a kids-specific area designed just for the youngest adventurers. Here you’ll find a variety of obstacles ranging from mini bridges, tree stumps, logs, and more to explore. All Fritz’s Forest activities are situated on top of padded flooring.
