Helpful Tips
Know before you go with these 365 Annual Pass details:
Effective 1/5/26, all guests must have a paid, ticketed admission, regardless of participation level.
Children 4 and under are FREE! All guests 5+ require a ticket to attend.
Children 15 and under require an adult (18+) in the building. All minors 17 and under need to have a signed waiver by an adult (responsible party 18+).
Pricing does not include tax. No discounts can be applied to the purchase of a Fritz 365 Annual Pass.
Fritz 365 Annual Pass has no blackout dates and can be used on any day Fritz's Adventure is open for normal operation. Note, it is not valid for special ticketed events.
Fritz 365 Annual Passes are valid for one full year from the date of activation—not by calendar year. For example, if you activate your pass on 11/28/25, it will remain valid through 11/27/26.
Fritz 365 Passes must be activated at the Fritz's location where originally purchased from. For example, activate a 365 Pass at Fritz's in The Colony if purchased on The Colony webstore. Only after activation is the pass valid for use at both locations.
